• Shipping Policy

    Our Lead time for making all your bespoke orders is 2 weeks. These will then be dispatched by secure, insured courier with a delivery time of 2-3 days. All delivery can be tracked and details will be sent to you when the order is dispatched.  Our products are packaged in Double Ply premium Recycled boxes and the internal bubble wrap is also recycled. We take pride in making sure your product arrives is the best condition, at the same time of protecting the environment.

  • RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

    Our utmost care is taken to ensure your product arrives in the same condition it leaves our workshop. In the unfortunate situation where an item arrives damaged, or develops a fault within the first 30 days, a replacement will be commissioned and dispatched on return of your original item. Alternatively, a refund will be issued against faulty manufactured products on return of your original item, however we cannot replace or repair an item damaged by  wear and tear or misuse. This does not effect your Statatory Rights.
